Thank you for choosing Your Spray Paints for your paint project needs. We are committed to providing you with the best products and services, including a seamless and reliable delivery process. The below information outlines our procedures and guidelines for delivering your paint products within the United Kingdom.
We currently have five different delivery options available:
- Standard Delivery UK
- Express Delivery UK
- Local Delivery
- Pickup Service
- International Deliveries

Delivery Options, Prices and Times
1. Standard Delivery Service
Our most popular delivery service ensures your product reaches you within 3-5 business days and costs £6.95+vat. Please note that these timeframes exclude weekends and bank holidays and are based on standard conditions and are subject to adjustments if external factors like COVID-19 or lockdowns occur.
This allows time for our colour technicians to complete a fresh mix of paint to your order specifications, our labelling and packaging team to complete their work and our courier to pick up ready for delivery to you. A normal turn around of 3-5 business days should be expected. These terms are based upon normal times and are subject to change if things like COVID19 and lockdown occur.
We are proud that during lockdown/restricted times we have still managed to achieve the standard delivery times at a 99.5% ratio. We always try to expedite delivery performance, we will always try to get a standard delivery to you as soon as possible.
Our delivery service comes with a comprehensive track and trace feature, ensuring transparency and accountability for both parties involved. This capability is crucial to ensure that goods are delivered punctually and to the correct destination.Â

2. Express Delivery
If you’re in need of a quicker delivery option, our Express Delivery service may be a better fit for you. Express Delivery orders will be prioritised and processed quickly ensuring your product reaches you within 1-2 business days and costs £12.50+vat. These timeframes exclude weekends and bank holidays and are based on standard conditions and are subject to adjustments if external factors like COVID-19 or lockdowns occur.
Orders placed before the factory cut off time of 1:00pm, are mostly delivered the following business day, although we cannot guarantee this and does not apply to larger custom mixed orders or bulk orders which can take a little longer to complete.
Our delivery service comes with a comprehensive track and trace feature, ensuring transparency and accountability for both parties involved. This capability is crucial to ensure that goods are delivered punctually and to the correct destination.Â
We are proud that our Express service allows freshly mix paint goods to be delivered in a very short time frame and we have over a 99.2% in-time ratio. However if your express delivery, is not a large or complex order, and for whatever reason our courier does not deliver to you in-time we will refund the difference between Express and Standard service. Please email customerservice@yourspraypaints.com to claim your refund.

3. Local Delivery
If you’re shipping address is within 7-10 miles of our Chester Factory we can deliver to you directly. Local Deliveries ensure your product reaches you within 2-3 business days and costs £3.95+vat. These timeframes exclude weekends and bank holidays and are based on standard conditions and are subject to adjustments if external factors like COVID-19 or lockdowns occur.
4. Pickup Service
If you’re shipping address is within 7-10 miles of our Factory shop in Chester we can deliver to you directly. Local Deliveries ensure your product reaches you within 2-3 business days and is free. This service is a chosen option to which you have agreed your within this area. These timeframes exclude weekends and bank holidays and are based on standard conditions and are subject to adjustments if external factors like COVID-19 or lockdowns occur.
5. International Deliveries
Due to international demand, we would prefer to be able to have the option to export our goods, however due to current regulations around the transportation of Aerosol and Paint Solvent products (UN1950) the costs of exporting goods are not viable unless the bulk of the order is large.Â
We are currently advising our International customers to arrange their own carriage to their shipping address, and they simply pick up their order from our factory shop or opt for a UK address such as an airfreight centre or port etc.

Important Helpful Information
Special Notes For Delivery
Please add any ‘special notes for delivery’ when you add your shipping address. i.e. ‘Please leave behind the green bins if not in’ etc. Please use clear English and use few words as we only have a small label area to add these notes when packaging your goods.
Aerosols and Paint Products will only be left by the courier if special notes are added to order and it is deemed a safe place, which is determined by the courier. Once the product is left or received an image will be taken, GPS coordinates updated and some driver notes entered which are part of the POD (Proof of Delivery).
Order Changes
Changes to Paint Colour: We will attempt to process your order within 30 minutes of receiving it, the mixing desks are automatically updated when orders are received so in most cases we start mixing your paint colour very quickly, so any changes you wish to make to the colour, paint type, amount or sheen needs to be done within 20 minutes of ordering, after the paint batch is mixed we cannot change your order details.
Changes to Products: If you wish to change any of the products other than coloured paints please contact customer services within 1hr of your order after which we do not accept any changes.
Changes to Delivery Options:Â Any upgrades to our Express Service can be done by contacting our customer services on 0800 530 0375. Please note that any upgrades after 1:00pm will not leave that day but will be made up the following day for next day delivery.

Order Mistakes: From time to time people make genuine errors, and whilst our company is not responsible for errors made by the customer, we will try to help if noticed quickly, please always check your order confirmation is correct, if not then immediately contact the Orders team (just reply to notification email) orders@yourspraypaints.com so as to rectify any mistake made before the paint is mixed as after this point we will not be able to change the order.Â
Mistakes made to shipping addresses cannot be changed after 1hr of the order, however if you notify us at any point before the first delivery attempt we can try and update the courier for you, this is not always possible as they may have tried twice and sent it back to depot.

Full Track and Trace
All deliveries comes with a comprehensive track and trace feature, except direct pickups. This is to ensure transparency and accountability for both parties involved. This capability is crucial to ensure that goods are delivered punctually and to the correct destination. On occasions people make errors, sometimes the client adds the wrong details to their order, sometimes the courier sends their order to the wrong depot, it is at these times that the tracking features are most helpful to resolve issues quickly.

Completed Delivery Attempts
A delivery that has been received, left as per instructions or taken to the local depot or service point after an attempt at the correct address are all updated as completed deliveries. Couriers will card or SMS/Email if you have entered these details on your order.
The business courier may attempt a second time if their was any issues the first time, such as you not being available or someone refusing to accept the order etc. This however is at the discretion of the courier depending upon the circumstances, all which is entered into the tracking information.
Failed Delivery Attempts
In the event that our courier partner attempts delivery but is unable to deliver the package due to the recipient’s unavailability or refusal to accept the delivery, we will leave a delivery attempt notice. It will contain information on how to rearrange delivery or pick up the package from a local depot or service point (if available).
A failed attempt/s that is sent back to the couriers depot, they may attempt a second delivery, if unable to deliver the package due to the recipient’s unavailability or refusal to accept the delivery for a second time the courier sends us instructions as a request for us to pay for a return to our factory, which we mostly accept.
This then resides in our warehouse for up to a maximum of 30 days before being destroyed in accordance to UN1950 product UK regulations. During this time you can re-quest a re-delivery, and at that time either update or change the shipping address and special notes to ensure delivery, all re-deliveries need to be done by request via our re-delivery form (RD03) or via email customerservices@yourpsraypaints.com stating your order number and updates to notes or address etc.Â
Please note: all re-deliveries that are not the couriers fault are subject to a re-delivery charge which is the same as the original delivery charge.
Order Issues and Returns
If you experience any issues with your order upon delivery, such as damaged or incorrect items, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. For more information on returns and exchanges, please refer to our returns policy.
